The books every artist needs

When It comes to perspective I can point you to the books with all the information you could need:

pages and pages... took me months to get my head around it.
When It comes to muscular anatomy I can do the same:
Bridgman's Complete Guide to Drawing From Life by George B. Bridgman
Atlas of Human Anatomy for the Artist by Stephen Rogers Peck
Artistic Anatomy by Dr. Paul Richer
When It comes to plain old drawing skills there are really only two that come to mind:
Drawing on the right side of the brain by Betty Edwards
If you're talking about developing the 'artists eye' then you'd want to at least give this one a look over.
Natural way to draw by Kimon Nicolaides
I actually haven't made it all the way through this one yet, but it does seem pretty essential.
BUT, I don't even know of any books for rendering and using colour (to render) I mean realizing things in 3d terms Frazetta style. I found this tuturial quite interesting: www.itchstudios.com/psg/art_tu…
It went over some things I didn't know before, but apart from that I don't know if there are any authoritative books on the subject. Anyone here got any suggestions?

Selling prints online?

So I've heard fairly bad things about the selling prints on DA thing... But lately I've been thinking that by now, surely there must be a decent way to sell prints online.
I've done a little research and found that 'Redbubble' and 'Imagekind' are two of the best sites for it. On Imagekind I can sell a print for $15 American and make a profit of four American dollars. I figure that this is a little high for a print, I wouldn't pay it... but there are people out there who would. Actually I can't remember if that covers shipping as well...
So does anyone here know anything about this? Whats the best way to sell prints online?
